Just “surfing” the web today and came across this shot and “Nicaragua”. Check out “my” web-site……I have 1/3-acre lots, with ocean and valley views, less than one mile from Ponga Drops, starting at $23,000.00. I have one lot for $17,000.00 w/out views, but is in escrow….closing at the end of June. The image when you go to the web-site is where my property is located.

As a former member of the “Pipe crew” (circa Lopez, Russell & Dunn), it appears the above wave is similar to Pipeline, on a weak swell. Too bad the rider took off on the shoulder instead of much further back. In order to state an informed opinion I’ll have to examine this from a closer perspective.
